We serve only wood smoked barbecue. Our brisket is Texas style, meaning its sliced not shredded or pulled. Sauce is on the side, so you can see what you are eating. Our ribs are St. Louis style, and slow smoked for 5 hours. The pulled pork is always Boston Butt never picnic.
