All of our dishes are made from scratch, with one exception Lasagna. We use Barilla noodles and canned tomatoe products. Our consistent meals include Chicken on a Stick, Lasagna, and Pork Ribs. Fresh cut French Fries as a side for chicken and ribs. (Caution we fry using Peanut Oil). We typically have a couple of desserts available, cheesecake cupcakes and Better than Sex cupcakes are consistent favorites. Apple pies, chocolate eclairs, cinnamon rolls, and more are available on occasion. Like our meals all desserts are made fresh daily. We do use commercial bread and drinks except for lemonade which is made in out trailer when ordered.
